2. What we collect, and when
We collect personal data in two situations only.
2.1 When you send a project inquiry
The inquiry form asks for your name, company, country, email address, facility type and your message. You may also choose to provide a telephone number, transformer capacity, nominal voltage, frequency and attachments such as a single-line diagram, an electricity bill or a photograph of the electrical room.
The optional fields are optional in fact as well as in name. An inquiry without them is answered in the same way; it simply takes longer to establish whether the equipment suits your installation.
2.2 When your browser requests a page
Our hosting provider records standard server log entries: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser identification string. These records are generated automatically by the web server and are used to operate the site securely and to investigate faults or abuse.
3. What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no visitor tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page makes no request to any third party. Nothing is stored on your device.
4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We do not use your information for marketing without separate consent, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
5. How long we keep it

6. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Your data is processed by the following parties acting on our instructions:
- Our hosting provider, which operates the web server in the Republic of Korea and generates the server log entries described above.
- Our email provider, which transmits and stores the inquiry and our reply.
Where a project proceeds, we may share technical information with a local partner or distributor in your market, with your knowledge, in order to carry out the work.
7. International transfer
ATECELECTRIC is established in the Republic of Korea, and personal data you send is processed there.
On 17 December 2021 the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision for the Republic of Korea. Transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area to Korea may therefore take place without additional safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we process it;
- receive the data you provided in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, write to sales@pecopowersaver.com. We reply within one month. There is no charge.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the EEA, the authority in the country where you live or work.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to it is limited to the people handling the inquiry. Uploaded files are checked by type and size, renamed on receipt, and are not published anywhere on this site.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you would prefer not to send a document through the form, you can send it by email or arrange another method with us.
10. Confidentiality of project information
Facility names, site locations, consumption data and verification reports belong to the customer. We do not publish them on this website, in brochures or in presentations. Reference information is shared only under a non-disclosure agreement, at the customer’s discretion.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to the people concerned.
