Transformer dimensions and weights are for the core component only. Enclosure dimensions and system weights are given below. Values for ratings below 300 kVA are provided at technical review.

Weights and dimensions are indicative. Actual values vary with rated voltage and winding configuration, and are confirmed for the specific unit at project stage.

Transformer efficiency is typically 99.8 % or higher

Measured values across the models above range from 99.7 % to 99.83 %. Figures for a specific model are provided at technical review, and the value for the individual transformer supplied is stated in its product manual.

Two things keep efficiency where it is. The winding architecture — a main and a reverse auxiliary winding tied at both ends — adds very little resistance to the series path. And in an autotransformer with a 4 % voltage difference, only a small fraction of the throughput power is magnetically transformed; the remainder passes through conductively.

The transformer is therefore light for its rating. A 300 kVA unit weighs 180 kg, where a two-winding transformer of the same throughput would weigh several times more.

Firmware or software
None

Warranty periods run from the date of installation.

Routine attention consists of visual inspection, keeping the enclosure and ventilation clear, checking bolted joints, confirming the fan responds to its thermostat setting, and verifying input and output voltages. Intervals follow the facility’s own electrical maintenance policy.

Warranty excludes damage from electrical overload, unauthorised disassembly or modification, physical damage, natural disasters and user negligence. Full terms are provided in the product documentation.

Documentation Provided at Project Stage

The following are not published on this website and are provided to qualified customers and project partners after technical review:

  • Internal wiring diagrams
  • Control circuit drawings
  • Detailed winding ratios and terminal arrangements
  • Manufacturing drawings
  • Project-specific drawings
  • Installation and operating manuals

Customer project reports and verification results are confidential and are not published under any circumstances.

Confirming the Right Rating

Selection depends on transformer rating, maximum load current, voltage, frequency and load composition. Send your single-line diagram and transformer rating, and we will confirm suitability before proposing anything.
