Cookie Policy
This website does not use cookies. The short version is on this page; the detail follows.
This website does not use cookies. It sets nothing on your device, and no consent banner is required.
1. What this means
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device so that it can recognise you on a later visit. Related technologies — local storage, tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting — do the same thing by other means.
This site uses none of them. Nothing is written to your device when you browse these pages, and nothing is read from it.
2. What we do not run
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no visitor measurement of any kind.
- No advertising or remarketing tags.
- No social media buttons or embedded feeds.
- No embedded video or maps.
- No third-party fonts. Typefaces are served from our own server, so loading a page makes no request to any external service.
The last point matters more than it may appear. Embedding fonts from an external service transmits your IP address to that service; a German court has held that doing so without consent breaches the GDPR. We host the font files ourselves so that no such request is made.
3. What the server records
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server log entries — IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser identification. These are created by the server, not stored on your device, and are used to operate the site securely and investigate faults. They are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. If this changes
If we later add a service that sets a cookie, we will list it on this page and ask for your consent before it loads. Non-essential cookies would not be set unless you accepted them, and declining would leave the site fully usable.
5. Controlling cookies generally
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies set by any website. The controls are usually under Settings, Privacy or Security. Blocking cookies has no effect on this site, since it sets none.
